I love these needles in spite of a huge workmanship flaw. The joint that the metal tip is attached to the carbon fiber body is not flush. If you run your fingernail tip across it, there is a tenth of a mm gap where it attaches. I’m using DK yarn now but I imagine fingering or lace weight yarn to get caught in it. (See 2pics)I am tempted to file it smooth…but I won’t. It would have beeen perfect if the joint is smooth.I love these needles. They are a perfect combination with my Knitter's Pride Karbonz circular needles. They are not as slippery as regular all metal needles, which prevents them from sliding off the loops when knitting in circle.Love the length of these needles. I will be using them for sleeves on sweater I will be making.Love them and speedy delivery.The needles showed in a reasonable amount of time and in pristine condition.
